We are pleased to introduce Ed Pieklo, an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in operational consulting, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), & expertise in the analysis & requirements of investors. Ed currently leads Endelea.Tech, the operational consulting division of Endelea.Studio, where he applies his extensive knowledge & skills to drive strategic growth & operational excellence for organizations.

With a notable background as an M&A expert for a top Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) company, Ed possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in mergers, acquisitions, & due diligence processes. His direct experience in working closely with investors gives him invaluable insights into the factors they analyze & the questions they ask when evaluating potential opportunities.

Ed's impressive career spans over several leadership roles in esteemed organizations. As the Director - PortCo at ACA Aponix, he successfully navigated complex information security management & ERP implementations, while also overseeing program management & IT service management. Prior to that, he served as the Sr Principal Consultant, where he honed his expertise in IT M&A due diligence, change management, & agile methodologies.

Before joining ACA Aponix, Ed was the President of Etcetera Tech Consulting, LLC, where he demonstrated his strong leadership skills & strategic acumen in delivering consulting services across various domains. He also served as the Global CIO & IT Operating Partner for Z Capital Group, L.L.C., where he played a pivotal role in shaping IT strategies & facilitating effective change management.

Ed's extensive career also includes significant contributions as the Director of IT for PLS Financial Services & as the Sr. Director of Information Technology for WMS Gaming Inc. In these roles, he showcased his abilities in information security management, networking, disaster recovery, & cloud computing.

Throughout his career, Ed has consistently exhibited a comprehensive skill set that encompasses information technology, strategy, consulting, program management, penetration testing, data analysis, & more. His expertise & hands-on experience make him a trusted advisor capable of driving successful outcomes in complex IT landscapes.

Ed Pieklo's journey began with a solid foundation in the industry, serving in various capacities, including Project Leader, Programmer Analyst, & Junior Programmer. He later advanced into leadership positions, including Director of Business Application Support & AS400 Operations/Acting CIO, where he sharpened his skills in change management, data analysis, & IT service management.

Ed's educational background includes a focus on data analysis & information technology, providing him with a strong analytical mindset & the ability to navigate complex challenges effectively. Throughout his career, he has continuously sought opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends & deliver innovative solutions to his clients.
