Dennis Logan Jr.

Executive Leader

I am Dennis Logan Jr., the visionary behind Endelea.Studio & I have had a diverse & impactful career, working in various industries.

It all started with internships at the district attorney's office, which eventually led me to Governance, Risk & Compliance consulting for private equity firms & family offices. Along the way, I noticed a lack of creativity & passion in the workplace, especially among middle management.

I gained firsthand sales experience at a Lexus car dealership, but I became disheartened by the unethical sales tactics employed there. In a crucial moment, I chose integrity over personal gain & helped an elderly couple avoid inflated costs.

This experience motivated me to join Chubb (formerly ACE) as an insurance underwriter, where I gained valuable insights into the world of mergers & acquisitions, their impact on work dynamics along with nationwide visibility & insights into financial markets. Continuing my insurance journey, I became a wholesale broker at All Risks, Ltd., generating significant revenue serving retail insurance agencies.

Despite my success, I felt a sense of ennui & realized I wanted to explore opportunities.

Recognizing the gaps in the industry through low-funded to well funded ventures, I founded Endelea.Studio with a mission to empower students, particularly athletes & assist entrepreneurs, especially black female entrepreneurs.

I aim to address the challenges they face & promote inclusivity & prosperity in the business world.

Throughout my career, I have encountered deception & witnessed the disparities in opportunities for individuals from different backgrounds.

Endelea.Studio is my response to these challenges as I strive to make a lasting impact & bridge the gaps that have traditionally excluded diverse voices.
